What is “effective leadership”?

Adventure is very common in Hong Kong today, and many groups use it for training.

Effective leadership means what it means, allowing participants to learn, understand and master from multiple perspectives how to make activities or training more effective and more relevant to the audience.

• In class, students will experience the game in groups and all students are required to cooperate with other group members.
